Refund policy

Return and Exchange

We have a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date your order was delivered. However, we will only accept returns and exchanges with sizing concerns. Reasons such as change of mind (or the like) will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, you can email us at shopjairoph@gmail.com or send us a message on our Instagram and Facebook accounts regarding your concern. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to JAIRO will be inspected first before shipping the correct and new size.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
